Liebe WG-Suchende,
wir(mein Mitbewohner & ich) haben ein schönes Zimmer (ca. 26qm) in unserer Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer besteht aus zwei Zimmern mit Durchgangstür und hat 4 Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist stolze 150qm groß, Altbau 4. Stock und bietet einen wahnsinns Blick über Nürnberg.
Neben den 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es noch ein ca. 30qm großes Wohnzimmer, das öfter mal als Partylocation o. ä. genutzt wird ;)
Ein kleiner Balkon an der Küche für die Raucher steht auch zur Verfügung.
Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung und Nähe zum Bahnhof und City ideal.
