Wir (Johi, Michael, Verena, Eugen) suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin für unsere Nicht-Zweck-WG. Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen (Arbeiterklasse, Studies und Azubi) und verbringen auch gern mal Zeit miteinander, zb. Grillen, Filme schauen, zusammen Kochen, etc.
Wir haben eine Gemeinschafts-Küche mit großem Balkon, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad, 2 WC's und Innenhof zur Mitbenutzung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 160m² groß und sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man in 5-10min erreichen: Hauptbahnhof, Tramstation, Wöhrder Wiese, OHM, Lorenz Kirche, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.
Das Zimmer ist hell, 21,5 m² groß und im Moment grün gestrichen.
