Der Preis von 235 € ist der Endpreis, also inkl. Internet, Telefon, Strom etc. Dafür hat das Zimmer auch eine angenehme Größe, man bekommt ohne Probleme einen großes Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch, einen Schrank, zwei Kommoden und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten unter und es ist trotzdem nicht zugestellt.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hbf Nürnberg sowie von der Georg-Simon-Ohm Hochschule entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Tramstation. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit zwei männlichen Bewohndern teilen. Beide berufstätig und deshalb eher selten zu Hause. Einer arbeitet nicht in Nbg und kommt daher meist nur Freitag bis Sonntag in die Wohnung. Tagsüber hat man die Wohnung meist für sich alleine. Beide sind total nett und ich hatte als einzige Frau unter zwei Männern nie Probleme.
