ich habe ab Mitte April (evtl schon früher) in meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung ein ca. 12 qm (kann auch etwas größer sein) großes Zimmer zu vermieten.
Mitbenutzt werden können Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon, welche von mir möbliert werden.
Die Möbel für das kleine Zimmer müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.
Ich habe zwei Wohnungskatzen, also sollte man zum einen Katzen mögen und zum andren keine Tierhaarallergie haben.
Ich bin Nichtraucher und möchte nicht, dass in der Wohnung geraucht wird.
Der Mietpreis ist eine ganz grobe Schätzung der Gesamtmiete, also inklusive Strom, Gas und sonstigen Kosten wie Internet, Wasser, Müll. Genau müssten wir es dann besprechen.
Traut euch einfach, mich anzuschreiben, und mich mit Fragen zu bombardieren =)

Bis zur Bushaltestelle bzw. S-Bahnstation braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Gesucht wird jemand, mit dem man abends auch mal gemütlich kochen oder ein Glas Wein trinken kann.
