Das frei werdene Zimmer ist 18 qm² groß, ausgelegt, angenehm hell und nachmittags scheint sogar die Sonne etwas herein. Einen kleinen Couchtisch kannst du nach Belieben auch gerne übernehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger Umgebung. Sie ist insg. 60qm² groß und besteht aus einer Küche, Bad, Flur und drei Zimmern. Mit den Nachbarn lässt es sich im Übrigen sehr gut leben :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Nürnberger Stadtteil St. Peter Für Studierende ist die Ohm-Hochschule ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (10 min. Fußweg/ 5 min. Fahhrad).
In 3 min. ist man an der nächsten Haltestelle, an welcher alle 5 min. ein Bus zum HBF fährt.
Mehrere Supermärkte, beispielsweise REWE, Netto und Norma sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Post und eine Sparkasse sind in 5-10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In unserer Wohnung herrscht immer ein angenehmes WG-Klima :) Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner 23 und 26-jähriger freundlicher junger Manner,
Was das Einzugsdatum betrifft (1st mai - 15th mai) bin ich flexibel.
