Das Zimmer ist Teil einer hellen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche mit Balkon und Bad im 3. OG in der Dürrenhofstraße. Es liegt zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß (tatsächlich etwas größer) + ca. 5qm Balkon und unmöbiliert.
In den Zimmern und im Flur ist heller Laminat verlegt, in der Küche und im Bad helle Fliesen. Die Wohnung ist mit einer neuwertigen Küche ausgestattet (auf dem Bild noch nicht komplett eingebaut!).
Strom und Internetkosten ist separat vom Mieter zu bezahlen.
WG-Leben
Die Wohnung wird zum 15. 09.2016 komplett neu vermietet. In die beiden anderen Zimmer ziehen zum 15. September zwei 19 und 20 Jahre alte Studentinnen ein, die im 1. und 5. Semester sind.
Besichtigungstermin: Freitag, 09.09.2016, ab ca. 13.30 Uhr.
