Ich vermiete das schöne, große, möblierte Nordzimmer mit Zugang zum eigenen großen Balkon, in einer Wohnung die sich auf zwei Etagen des Reihenhauses verteilt. Das Zimmer hat etwa 18qm. Es ist weiß gestrichen und mit Holzlaminat ausgelegt. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig mit einem großem Schiebeschrank, einem Futonbett und Schreibtisch ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung verläuft auf 2 Etagen des Reihenhauses. Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und WC gibt es im Dachgeschoss noch ein weiteres WC. Die Wohnung bietet eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Haus steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde 2008 komplett saniert. Es befindet sich etwas abseits in einer Privatstraße. Es gibt einen separaten Garten der gerne zum Grillen genutzt werden darf.
All-inclusive auch mit Strom und Internet.
Die Wohnung / Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage nahe der Innenstadt / Altstadt von Nürnberg.
• 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle (direkte Verbindung zum HBF und Altstadt).
• 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Altstadt durch einen schönen Park.
• Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Post, Apotheke und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
• Ein See mit Waldpark ist in der Nähe und ideal für Spaziergang, Joggen und Radfahren.
• Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist nach Absprache möglich.

Central located large, bright room with furnitures and your own balcony in a shared flat.
I am renting out one of the rooms in my shared apartment in Nürnberg City. The renting should be with minimum 5 Months stay. The room is furnished with a double bed, a big closet, a big desk & chair, and a single-seat coach. You will have the access to your own balcony from the room and with garden view.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washing machine available in the house. The house is located on a private road. There is a separate garden in front door which can be used for barbecues.
The apartment / house is in a perfect location close to the city center / old town of Nürnberg.
• 3 minutes walk to the bus station (direct line to main station and old town).
• 10 minutes by bike to the old town through a beautiful park.
• Bakery, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and restaurants are within 3 – 8 minutes walk.
• A lake with forest park is close by and perfect for a walk, running and cycling.
• Private parking in front of the house is possible after discussion.

Zentrums- und bahnhofsnah. Altstadt in 10 Min per Rad. Bahnhof in 7 Min mit dem Bus der 300m vor Haus hält. Zudem Straßenbahn und S-Bahn in der Nähe. Super für Sport / Laufen / Biergarten / etc. da Wöhrder Wiese und Wöhrder See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten EDEKA, REWE, Bäcker, Ärzte, Post, Take-aways, etc. um die Ecke.
Derzeit bewohnen ein 26 jähriger internationaler MBA Student sowie und eine 20 jährige aus der Region stammende Erzieherin die WG.
Das Haus liegt in Geissnähe, es sind jedoch Schallschutzfenster verbaut. Im Preis sind sämtliche Kosten incl. DSL und Strom enthalten, außer die GEZ Gebühr, dies wird von den Bewohnern gemeinschaftlich getragen. Haus- und Wohnungreinigung ist nicht inclusive, hier muss mit angepackt werden. Bei Interesse kann ggf. ein Kfz-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus angemietet werden. Suchen jemanden der sauber, ruhig und ordentlich ist und mindestens 5-6 Monate bleiben möchte.
