Dein Zimmer hat ca. 12 m2 mit einem Fenster zur Ostseite. Wie du siehst ist das Zimmer möbliert und wird auch so vermietet :)
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und hat circa 60 m2. Sie besteht aus Küche, Badezimmer und einer separaten Toilette. Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Es gibt außerdem einen Dachboden sowie einen Keller, der als Lagerraum genutzt werden kann. Ich stellt dort immer mein Fahrrad unter. Du kannst falls du eins besitzt dieses aber auch im Hinterhof abstellen.

Your room has about 12 m2 with a window to the east side. As you can see, the room is furnished and will be rented as such :)
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has about 60 m2. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. Next to the room there is a common living room. There is also an attic and a basement, which can be used for storage. I always put my bike there. If you have one, you can also park it in the backyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentrumsnah. Vor der Haustür liegt die Haltestation Peterskirche. Von dort aus kommst du ziemlich schnell in alle Richtungen. Zusätzlich erreicht man in circa 5 Min die S-Bahnhaltestelle Nürnberg Dürrenhof.
Peterskirche -> FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, Campus Regensburger Straße 3 min
Peterskirche -> Hauptbahnhof 12 min.

The apartment is located very close to the center. In front of the front door is the station Peterskirche. From there you can get to all directions pretty quickly. In addition, you can reach the S-Bahn stop Nürnberg Dürrenhof in about 5 minutes.

Da das Zimmer kurzfristig vermietet wird handelt es sich wohl eher um eine Zweck-WG wobei deine Mitbewohnerin abends meist zuhause ist und auch gerne zusammen kocht :)

Es existiert soweit alles an Utensilien, was man zum leben benötigt.
