The bright 18 sqm room is located on the south side of the house and shows towards the courtyard, so no loud sounds can be heard from the street. Due to insulation it is not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter. The bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelf are left against a detachment in the apartment.
You also have access to a basement, an attic and a small storage room outside the apartment where our washing machine is located.

Das helle 18 qm große Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite des Hauses und zeigt in Richtung Innenhof, wodurch keine lauten Geräusche von der Straße zu hören sind. Durch die Isolierung ist es im Sommer nicht zu heiß und im Winter nicht zu kalt. Das Bett, der Kleiderschrank, die Kommode und das Regal werden gegen eine Ablöse in der Wohnung gelassen.
Außerdem hast du noch Zugang zu einem Keller, einem Dachboden und einem kleinen Abstellraum außerhalb der Wohnung, in der unsere Waschmaschine steht.
The location is centrally and easily accessible by public transport.
The main railway station can be reached within 12 minutes on foot.
Tram lines 4, 5, 6, 10 and 11 are located directly in the vicinity (about 300-400 m).
The U2 and U3 can be reached in 10 minutes from the opera house and the U1 can be reached within 7 minutes.
The S-Bahn stop Steinbühl is 7 minutes away.
This makes you get as good as you get through Nuremberg without a car!
Shops such as Aldi, Rewe, net as well as packing stations are almost right in front of the front door.

Der Hauptbahnhof ist innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Tramlinien 4, 5, 6, 10 und 11 fahren hier direkt in der Nähe (ca. 300-400 m) ab.
Die U2 und U3 sind in 10 Minuten vom Opernhaus erreichbar und die U1 innerhalb von 7 Minuten.

Dadurch kommt man so gut wie durch ganz Nürnberg ohne Auto!
