Ich aufgeschlossene Studentin suche zwei neue Mitbewohner/innen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer. Ab Oktober wären 2 Zimmer frei, beide etwa gleich groß.
Die WG befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist 110m² groß.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, super gemütlich und es kann gerne gmeinsam gekocht werden :) Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und mit Sofa und Schrank ausgestattet. (Raum ist reichlich dafür da!!)
Es gibt zwei Bäder - neu renoviert. Der Gang bietet viiiiieeeel Platz für Schuhe oder sonstigen wichtigen Dinge ;)
Lage: Die Straßenbahn ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker und Pizzadienst befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Im Haus selbst herrscht eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Wenn du Interesse an einer nicht nur reinen Zweck-WG hast, Sauberkeit für dich kein Fremdwort ist und du gerne lachst und Spaß hast melde dich!!
