Hallo Suchende(r),
da ich für einen Monat verreise und meine Urlaubskasse nicht so strapazieren möchte, vermiete ich mein Wg-Zimmer in Steinbühl. Die Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 6 fahren direkt vor der Haustür, U-Bahnhaltestelle Aufseßplatz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist mit zwei Fenstern sehr hell mit Blick ins Grüne und komplett möbliert. Es gibt noch ein gemeinschaftliches kleines aber feines Wohnzimmer, in dem geraucht werden darf.
Meine Mitbewohnerin möchte ungern einen Monat allein bleiben und ist daher für nette Gesellschaft offen. Falls du also vorrübergehend eine Bleibe brauchst, meld dich (bitte keine SMS) bei uns und stell dich vor. Wir freuen uns auf Besuch :)
