Hi,ab sofort ist mein Zimmer frei, gemutliche 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Küche. Hierfür suche ich einen entspannten Zwischenmieter . Dein neues Zimmer ist 20m2 gross und hat Parkettboden.Ich lasse auch alle meinen Möbel. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Herd mit Ceranfeld). Ausserdem gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer das wir momentan als Abstellkammer benutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit guten Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- Neto Rewe, Bäcker, Dönnerbuden und andere Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Südbad ist auch relativ nah.:)
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist der Niklas. Er kocht gerne und ist für Freizeitaktivitäten immer zu haben ( Feiern, Sport, Musik, oder ein Bier trinken...)
