Wir, Thomas, 31 und Torsten, 25 suchen Dich als Nachfolgerin für unsere Mitbewohnerin, die uns im August verlässt.
Wir studieren beide Betriebswirtschaft im Bachelor bzw. Master .
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Du solltest zwischen 23 - 35 Jahren, ordentlich und umgänglich sein :)
Am besten schaust du einfach mal vorbei - wir freuen uns auf Deinen Besuch !
Wir befinden uns im wunderschönen Stadtteil Steinbühl ;-)
Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind in der Regel rund um das Haus vorhanden - nur am späten Abend wird es manchmal etwas schwierig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ziemlich viele in der Nähe - außerdem ist auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.
Man benötigt mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt (Uni oder auch FH) etwa 10 Minuten.
Am besten rufst du uns einfach kurz an, oder schreibst eine Email.
