Hi liebe Studis und WG-Suchende,
da ich beruflich nach Hamburg gezogen bin, steht mein Zimmer ab sofort zum Einzug zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer seht ihr in der Gallerie. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
In den Nebenkosten ist Gas, Strom und Internet enthalten
Ansosten haben wir eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, ein kleines Badezimmer, einen coolen Balkon. :D
Die Lage ist für Studenten der FAU und der Ohm bestens geeignet da die Wohnung gut an die S-Bahn und Tram angebunden ist.
Läden des täglichen Bedarfs:
Netto, Bäcker in der Parallelstraße.
Lidl, Aldi ca 10 min Fußweg
Kaufland mit der Tram schnell erreichbar.
Verschiedene Fastfood-Läden sind in unmittelbarer nähe.
