Hallo Leute,
ich habe ein Zimmer frei, das ich nicht nutze, da ich oft unterwegs bin, Größe ca. 15 m².
Ich bin selbst Lehrkraft, 29 Jahre alt, und eigentlich nur Nachmittags in der Wohnung zum arbeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne Küche, Möbel alle vorhanden. Euer Zimmer hätte ein Bett und eine Couch, ein Schrank wäre aufzutreiben. Kabelanschluss ist leider nicht vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kann bis in den Sommer hinein gemietet werden (Juli/August)

Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof weg, ideal auch für Pendler, bzw. Leute, die die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen. Die U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind 1 Gehminute entfernt beim Aufseßplatz.
