Hallo Zusammen,
Ab Juli werden 2 WG Zimmer von 10 und 11qm in Steinbühl frei.
Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche sind voll möbliert und von Waschmaschine bis Töpfen ist alles vorhanden.
Das Wohnzimmer welches ich nutze wenn ich am Wochenende in Nbg bin kann von allen mitbenutzt werden.
TV mit Anlage sind vorhanden.
Vom 2ten Zimmer habe ich momentan kein Bild. Zimmer zwei ist jedoch etwas größer jedoch mit Lage zur Straße.
Die WG liegt in Nürnberg Steinbühl 3 min von der Haltestelle Brehmstraße und 5 min von der Haltestelle Landgrabenstraße entfernt.
Mit der Straba ist man innerhalb von 5-10 min am Plärrer bzw. der Stadt.
Von Döner über Italiener und Asiaten sind Essenmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Netto und Norma sind in unter 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür.
Ich bin beruflich in München und eigentlich nur ab und zu am Wochenende Zuhause. Da meine Mitbewohner Ende Juni ausziehen, bin ich ab Juli auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohnern.
Ob Student oder berufstätig, melde dich wenn du Lust auf eine unkomplizierte und entspannte WG hast wo alles vorhanden ist.
