Hallo zusammen,
unsere WG sucht ab Juli 2018 einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG und hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Sowohl eine Spül- als auch Waschmaschine (mit Trocknerfunktion) sind in der Küche vorhanden. Von der Küche aus kommt man auf einen Balkon. Das Zimmer, in dem du wohnen würdest, ist 15 qm groß und hat 1 großes Fenster. Ein großer Schrank (Ikea) kann umsonst übernommen werden.
Von der Wohnung läuft man 1 Minute zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Siemensstraße) und circa 10 Minuten zur Ubahnhaltestelle (Maffeiplatz). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Norma, Edeka). Ein Bäcker befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarere Nähe. Ein McFit (Frankenstraße) ist außerdem in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Mitbewohner sind beides Studenten (Elektrotechnik und Medizin). Das WG-Leben ist total entspannt - es gibt einen Haushaltsplan, der wöchentlich wechselt. Bei Gelegenheit kochen wir auch zusammen einen "WG-Abend" :D
Es müsste anteilig eine Ablöse für die Küche und Waschmaschine gezahlt werden.
