Das WG-Zimmer hat circa 14 Quadratmeter und ist voll-möbliert.
Die komplette Einrichtung des Zimmes wurde vor circa 1,5 Jahren neu gekauft, dementsprechend ist das ganze hier noch tip top in Schuss!
Das heißt, du findest hier ein Zimmer vor mit:
- einem Bett (mit Matratze)
- einem Schreibtisch (mit Schreibtischlampe)
- einem Schreibtischstuhl
- zwei Regalen
- einem Schrank
- einer Stehlampe
Gerne kann ich dir auch meinen Fernseher und meinen FireTV-Stick ohne Aufpreis mitvermieten. Du müsstest zumindest einen eigenen Amazon-Account haben für den FireTV-Stick um diesen nutzen zu können.
Ansonsten kannst du ja auch deinen Laptop anschließen und so das Fernseherprogramm streamen :)
Im Zimmer steht noch eine schöne Zimmerpflanze, welche ich sehr gerne ebenfalls dir überlassen wollen würde. Würdest du nicht auf meine Pflanze aufpassen wollen, so wäre das auch kein Problem :)
Darüber hinaus, verfügt das Zimmer über 2 große Fenster welche sich ganz oder auch jeweils zur Hälfte öffnen lassen. Vom Fenster aus blickst du auf eienn Hof mit Kinderspielplatz, dies hat den Vorteil dass es trotz den Wohnungen außenherum dennoch ein Blick ins "Grüne" ermöglicht. Zumindest bevorzuge ich das mehr als den Blick auf eine Straße :'D
Mir persönlich wäre es ganz wichtig, dass du mit der Einrichtung sorgsam umgehst, schließlich habe ich vor nach 6 Monaten wieder einzuziehen.

The shared room has about 14 square meters and is fully furnished.
The complete furnishing of the room was bought about 1.5 years ago, so the whole thing here is still tip-top!
That means you'll find a room here with:
- a bed (with mattress)
- a desk (with desk lamp)
- a desk chair
- two shelves
- a cupboard
- a floor lamp
I can also rent you my TV and my FireTV stick at no extra charge. You would have to have at least one Amazon account for the FireTV stick to use it.
Otherwise you can also connect your laptop and stream the TV program :)
In the room there is another beautiful houseplant, which I would also like to leave to you. If you wouldn't want to take care of my plant, that wouldn't be a problem :)
In addition, the room has 2 large windows which can be opened fully or halfway. From the window you can see a courtyard with a children's playground, which has the advantage that despite the apartments on the outside it still allows a view of the "greenery". At least I prefer that instead of looking at a street :'D
Personally it would be very important to me that you handle the equipment carefully, because after all I have to move back in after 6 months.

Die WG befindet sich sehr Zentral in Nürnberg.
Du findest innerhalb weniger Gehminuten die Straßenbahn sowie die S-Bahn vor.
Mit der Straßenbahn fährst du innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle "Plärrer", von dort aus würdest du circa. 2 Gehminuten zur Nürnberger Altstadt brauchen.
Die S-Bahn fährt innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, von dem man mit wenigen Schritten ebenfalls in der Nürnberger Altstadt wäre.
Solltest du es mal lieber bevorzugen statt den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu laufen, so wärst du (je nach Tempo) in circa. 15 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Plärrer" und somit auch so gut wie in der Altstadt.
Zur Wirtschaftsfakultät der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (WiSO) braucht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln circa 20- 25 Minuten. Zur Technischen Fakultät der Uni sind es circa. 45 Minuten.
Die Stadt Erlangen ist mit der S-Bahn auch super erreichbar mit circa 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit.
Außerdem gibt es hier in der Nähe verschiedene Imbissbuden (meist Döner) und zwei Supermärkte (Rewe und Netto) sind innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten erreichbar!

The flat is very centrally located in Nuremberg.
You will find the tram and the S-Bahn within a few minutes walk.
By tram you can reach the "Plärrer" stop within 5 minutes, from there you would need about 2 minutes on foot to Nuremberg's Old Town.
The S-Bahn runs within 5 minutes to the main station, from where you would also be in Nuremberg's old town in just a few steps.
If you prefer to walk instead of using public transport, you would be (depending on your speed) in about 15 minutes at the "Plärrer" stop and thus also as good as in the old town.
The Faculty of Economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (WiSO) takes about 20-25 minutes by public transport. It takes about 45 minutes to the technical faculty of the university.
The city of Erlangen can also be easily reached by S-Bahn (suburban train), which takes about 20 minutes travelling time.
In addition, there are various takeaways (mostly doner kebab) nearby and two supermarkets (Rewe and Netto) are within 2 minutes walking distance!

Wir sind insgesamt 3 männliche Mitbewohner, welche alle noch studieren. Wir wohnen in einer etwas kleinen aber gemütlichen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Da ich die WG für 6 Monate verlasse, wärst du dann für den Zeitraum der Dritte im Bunde :)
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Stani und Kilian teilen.
Stani (demnächst 25 Jahre alt) ist Lehramt-Student in den Sprachen Englisch und Spanisch für das Gymnasium. Wenn er nicht gerade mal am Wochenende für seinen Promotion-Nebenjob unterwegs ist, ist er ein angenehmer Mitbewohner der sportlich sehr aktiv ist. Fußball, Fitness und der BVB sind seine Leidenschaften (würde ich mal so behaupten). Die BVB-Leidenschaft wird in der WG glücklicherweise nicht sehr stark präsentiert :D
Kilian (23 Jahre alt) studiert an der Uni Wirtschaftswissenschaften und müsste im nächsten Semester (also im Zeitraum in dem du hier wohnen würdest) seine Bachelorarbeit schreiben. Auch Kilian ist entspannt drauf und geht ab und an mal kicken und ins Fitnessstudio, die Betonung liegt hier jedoch auf "ab und an" ;)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, jedoch hat hier jeder seinen Freiraum und hier kann auch jeder ungestört lernen, da wir sehr rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen. Das heißt, man kann Themen immer offen ansprechen und man wird sich am Ende des Tages sicherlich immer einigen können.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind ganz unterschiedlich, vom gemeinsamen Filmeabend oder Playstation-Abend über Besuche im Schwimmbad bis zum inoffiziellen Wettessen beim Running-Sushi ist alles dabei. Ob und wie oft du gerne daran teilhaben möchtest liegt ganz bei dir! :)
Darüber hinaus halten wir unsere WG sauber.

We are 3 male flat mates in total, all of whom are still studying. We live in a somewhat small but cosy 3-room apartment.
Since I leave the flat share for 6 months, you would then be in the bundle for the period of the third :)
You'd share the apartment with Stani and Kilian.
Stani (soon to be 25 years old) is a student of English and Spanish for high school. If he is not out of house because of his promotional part-time job on weekends, he is a pleasant flat mate who is very active in sports. Football, fitness and the BVB are his passions (I would say). Fortunately, the BVB passion is not presented very strongly in the flat :D
Kilian (23 years old) is studying economics at the university and would have to write his bachelor thesis in the next semester (in the period in which you would live here). Kilian is also relaxed and goes kicking from time to time and to the gym, but the emphasis here is on "from time to time" ;)
We are not a community of convenience, but everyone has their own space here and everyone can also learn undisturbed here, as we treat each other very considerately. That means you can always openly address topics and you will certainly always be able to agree at the end of the day.
Common activities are very different, from the common movie evening or Playstation evening over visits in the swimming pool up to the unofficial eating competition at Running-Sushi is everything thereby. If and how often you would like to participate is up to you! :)
Last but not least, we keep our flat clean.

Bevorzugt werden Interessenten, welche das Zimmer für den vollen Zeitraum untermieten würden.
