Ich (Michael) habe mir meine eigene Wohnung gekauft und werde daher Anfang Juli ausziehen. Meine beiden Zimmer werden daher ca. Mitte Juli frei. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin würde vermutlich in der Wohnung bleiben und wir sind daher auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für mich. Alternativ gibt es unter Umständen auch die Möglichkeit die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen und eine neue WG zu eröffnen.
Ich habe das kleinere Zimmer (ca. 9m²) als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet und das größere Durchgangszimmer (ca. 16m²) als Wohnzimmer/Home-Office-Raum und Gästezimmer. Da lässt es sich bequem leben :)
Das weitere Zimmer, derzeit bewohnt von Maritza, hat ca. 16m².

Wir haben nen Balkon mit Ausrichtung zur Südseite hin auf den den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint und bin daher auch im Sommer fleißig am gärtnern. Allgemein sind alle Fenster (und das sind viele) zur Südseite hin gerichtet. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und man kann immer mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, was für die Innenstadt wirklich Luxus ist :)

Deine neue Mitbewohnerin, Maritza, ist 33, Doktorandin aus Mexiko, liebt Kochen, Musik und ist super unterhaltsam. Wir haben bereits vor 2 Jahren zusammengelebt, als sie für einige Monate hier war. Danach gab es eine Unterbrechung, da sie zurück in der Heimat ging, bis sie vor gut einem halben Jahr wieder kam. Das spricht also für ihre Qualität als Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist super rücksichtsvoll und lieb.

Die Zimmer sind unmöbiliert.

Hello you!

I (Maritza) am looking for someone who would be up for a shared flat in the south-west of the old town. The city center can be reached by bike in about 5-10mins.

My room mate is going to move out beginning of July because he bought his own flat. The rooms will be free from mid July.
Maybe I also gonna move out so that the whole flat would be free for 2 new persons.

There are two rooms with about 15-16m² and a small one with about 8-9m². (And my room is about 16m².)
You will have one of the big ones which is a passage room and the small one conneted to it. My flatmate uses the small one as his bedroom and the big one as living room/home office which is quite comfy to have it separated (esp if you have guests staying over night).
The kitchen has got an about 5 years old gas stove, dish washer and a fridge big enough for 2-4 persons.
The balcony - south side with sun the whole day till the late evening - is connected to the kitchen and about 1m x 5m so it is enough space for many plants, 1-2 chairs and so on.
Our bedrooms are at the opposite sides of the flat so music and other noises are not that annoying and you have got privacy.

The whole flat is in a quiet backyard (which is locked in the evening hours so you can park your bike there). No one lives under us and in the floor above us stays a nice man my age who sometimes comes to hang out. Sleeping with open windows is no problem because you can barely hear any noise from outside (and also not from any neighbours).
The flat has got an old parquet floor and the ceiling is high. Every room has got many windows which are all facing south so it is bright and nice :)
There was a new heater installed last years so it works perfectly as well.
The landlord is an elderly women who is calm and friendly so it is easy to get along with her.
If you have got a car you can park it on the street in front of the house. Till now I never had a problem finding a spot within 50m. But depending on the time you leave and come it might be difficult. If you have got heavy stuff to carry you can park it in the backyard of course.
