Hallo 😊 Ich suche zum 15.9 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für das 2. Zimmer in meiner WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und die Gesamtmiete beträgt mit allen Nebenkosten ca. 350€. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Nürnberg Steinbühl, also relativ zentral. Die Straßenbahnstation ist ca 3 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Zusammen teilen wir uns das Bad und die Wohnküche. Zu mir: ich heiße Alena, bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere. Ich bin ein offener und geselliger Mensch, deshalb wäre es mir auch wichtig, dass es keine Zweck WG wird, sondern wir auch ab und zu Zeit zusammen verbringen. Außerdem ist mir Sauberkeit und Ordnung ziemlich wichtig :) das sollte am besten auch für dich kein Fremdwort sein. Ansonsten würde ich sagen, ist es am einfachsten sich persönlich kennenzulernen :)
