wir haben ab Mitte August ein 16qm großes Zimmer frei, da unser Mitbewohner auszieht. Unsere Wohnung ist 110 qm groß und befindet sich im Stadtteil Steinbühl, nähe Aufseßplatz.
Kosten: Kaltmiete 320 € + 30 € Strom

Sie liegt im 3 Obergeschoss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Ärzte, etc. befindet sich alles in der Nähe.
Nun zu uns.
Wir sind 2 Mädels im Alter von 23 und 28 Jahre. Sind aufgeschlossen und suchen ebenfalls eine Person die gerne am Abend mal etwas trinkt, spielt oder sich unterhält.
Zudem hören wir gerne Musik und haben auch die ein, oder anderen Partys bei uns daheim. Deshalb kann es schon manchmal laut werden. Diese Person sollte ebenfalls Spaß am feiern haben.
