Das helle, Lichtdurchflutete Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock einer großen 9-er WG.
Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Schrank. Das Sofa samt Couchtisch werden nicht vermietet. Gemeinschaftsräume sind Küche, zwei Toiletten und ein Bad, vor allem die Küche ist Dreh-, Treff- und Angelpunkt in der WG.
In den Kosten sind Strom, Wasser und Heizung inbegriffen. Internet kann für 5 Euro dazugebucht werden. Reinigungsmittel, Waschmittel etc. werden zusammen für alle eingekauft.
The bright, light-flooded room is on the second floor of a large 9-person apartment.
It is fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, cupboard and closet. Couch and couch table are not included. Common areas are a kitchen, two toilets and a bathroom, especially the kitchen is the fulcrum, meeting point and pivotal point in the shared apartment.
The costs include electricity, water, heating. Internet costs 5 euros. Cleaning stuff for the flat are bought together for everyone.
Die Haslerstrasse 27 liegt 3 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahn (Nr. 4 und 6) entfernt. Zur Nr. 5 braucht man 5 Minuten, zur S-Bahn Steinbühl 10. Zum Hbf läuft man zügig in 15 Minuten (aber warum sollte man auch langsam zum Bahnhof laufen😊). Auch in WG-Nähe befinden sich Rewe, ALDI und verschiedene Lebensmittelläden aller Länder Herkunft und Restaurants.
Haslerstrasse 27 is a 3-minute walk from the tram (No. 4 and 6). It takes 5 minutes to No. 5 and to the S-Bahn Steinbühl 10 minutes. You can walk to the main station in 15 minutes (but why should you walk slowly to the train station😊). Rewe, ALDI and various grocery stores from all countries of origin and restaurants are also close to our shared flat.
Wir sind eine bunte, multikulturelle WG. Das Leben geht hier recht entspannt zu. Jeder geht tagsüber seinen Tätigkeiten nach und abends lassen wir gerne den Tag gemeinsam ausklingen. Natürlich kann jeder auch seine Ruhe haben, wenn er oder sie will, wir haben in dieser Hinsicht einen sehr rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander.
Wir sind sowohl Studenten als auch am schon am Arbeiten. Alle verlassen das Haus zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, weshalb es nicht zu Staus oder Ähnlichem in Bad und Klo kommt. Durch unseren Putzplan wird jeder gemeinsam genutzte Raum wöchentlich geputzt. Unter der Woche kochen wir viel gemeinsam und philosphieren über das Leben. Manchmal schauen wir uns zusammen Filme an (Jaison hat einen großen Fernseher und wenn wir motiviert sind sogar Popcorn) oder gehen am Wochende zusammen weg in Bars oder auf Konzerte.
über die WG-Mitbewohner: Pascal ist der WG Älteste und verbringt viel Zeit mit Freunden. Jaison arbeitet bei Dolby als Audio Ingenieur. Er liebt Gitarre spielen, seine Alexa und geht gerne aus. Rubén kommt aus Spanien, arbeitet bei der E-Scooter Firma voi und ist von Volleyball bis spontane Ausflüge für alles zu begeistern. Franzi studiert Soziale Arbeit in Nürnberg, liebt Kaffee, singen und backen. Annabell studiert Wirtschaftspsychologie in Ansbach, liebt Mode und spielt gerne Singstar. Nick hat Grafikdesign studiert, arbeitet im Moment für Netflix und klettert und wandert gerne. Jan ist unser neuster Mitbewohner. Er arbeitet als Spediteur in Erlangen und repariert in seiner Freizeit gerne Autos.

We are a colorful, multicultural flat share. Life is pretty relaxed here. Everyone goes about their work during the day and in the evening we like to end the day together. Of course, everyone can also have peace and quiet if he or she wants, we have a very considerate way of dealing with each other in this regard.
We are mostly students and working people in this flat. We all leave at different timings of the day so we never had a queue for taking a shower or using the bathrooms. We have a cleaning schedule every week, which helps to keep our WG clean. During the week we cook a lot together and philosophize about life. Sometimes we watch films together (Jaison has a big TV, if he is highly motivated there´s even popcorn😊) or go out to bars or concerts at the weekend.
About the flatmates: Pascal is the oldest flat share and spends a lot of time with friends. Jaison works at Dolby as an audio engineer. He loves to play his guitar, his Alexa and to go out at night. Rubén is from spain, works at the E-Scooter company voi and loves to do sponaneous things. Franzi ist studying social work in Nürnberg, loves coffee, baking and singing. Annabell is studying psychology in economics, loves fashion and playing Singstar. Nick studied graphic design, is now working for netflix and loves climbing and hiking. Jan is the newest flat member. He works as a shipping agent in Erlangen and likes to repair broken cars in his free time.
