Hallo liebe Leute,
Da ich (Hannah) von August bis Oktober unterwegs sein werde, wird mein Zimmer in meiner WG in Steinbühl frei. Deshalb suchen meine Mitbewohnerin Marie und ich nach einem coolen Menschen, der zur Zwischenmiete einziehen möchte.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat relativ hohe Decken und eine gute Größe. Durch das Hochbett hat man eine gemütliche Chillecke mit Sofa darunter. Meine Sachen werde ich wegpacken, aber die Möbel bleiben da. Aus dem Zimmer hat man eine gute Aussicht - im Sommer sieht man die Baumkronen eines kleinen Parks/Spielplatzes - außerdem ist es der perfekte Ort um Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten :)
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer zum Chillen, Fernsehen, WG-Abende, etc. Die Küche und das Bad haben alles was man braucht, außerdem gibt es ein getrenntes kleines WC.

Since I (Hannah) will be on the road from August to October, my room in my WG (shared flat) in Steinbühl will be vacant. Therefore, my roommate Marie and I are looking for a cool person who wants to move in for an interim rent.
The room is very bright, has relatively high ceilings and a good size. Because of the loft bed you have a cozy chill corner with a sofa underneath. I will pack my stuff and store it somewhere else, but the furniture will stay. From the room you have a good view - in summer you can see the treetops of a small park/playground - also it is the perfect place to watch sunsets :)
The apartment has a very cozy living room for chilling, watching TV, WG evenings, etc. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need, plus there is a separate small toilet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. In 2 Minuten ist man an der Straßenbahnlinie 6, in 5 Minuten an den Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 5, und in 10 Minuten an der U1 und der S-Bahn. Zum Aufseßplatz und zum Plärrer läuft man jeweils 10-12 Minuten.
Zum Netto, Rewe, Bäcker, Asialaden, und Kebab braucht man ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Aldi und Lidl sind auch nicht weit.
The location of the apartment is very convenient. In 2 minutes you are at the tram line 6, in 5 minutes at the tram lines 4 and 5, and in 10 minutes at the underground (U1) and the S-Bahn. To the Aufseßplatz and to the Plärrer you walk 10-12 minutes.
To the supermarket (Netto, Rewe), bakery, Asian store, and kebab store you need about 3 minutes by foot. Other supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl) are also not far.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Ab und zu kochen wir zusammen, schauen Filme, oder machen eine spontane Lernpause in der Küche mit Tee oder Kaffee. Das Wohnzimmer wird von uns beiden genutzt und ist der Ort für gemeinsame WG Abende oder wenn mehrere Freunde vorbeikommen. Es wäre cool, wenn du eine grundsätzliche Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen haltest.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Marie ist 22, studiert Sozialökonomik und ist die drei Monate ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Sie ist offen und unkompliziert und in ihrer Freizeit oft mit Freunden unterwegs. In der WG wird öfter mal Gitarre gespielt oder Kuchen für alle gebacken.
Ich (Hannah) bin 25 und studiere Klima- und Umweltwissenschaften. Ich bin großer Pflanzenfan und falls du willst kannst du dich gerne um meine Pflanzen kümmern wenn ich weg bin. Falls nicht bringe ich sie natürlich woanders unter :) Welche Sachen im Zimmer bleiben und welche nicht können wir dann ja noch besprechen.
Wir beide mögen Pflanzen (siehe Fotos), vegetarisches/veganes Essen, Klimagerechtigkeit, und Alpacas.
Wir mögen keine Sexisten, Rassisten, LGBT* Feindlichkeit, etc.
Life in the WG (shared flat) is very relaxed. Every now and then we cook together, watch movies, or take a spontaneous study break in the kitchen, drinking tea or coffee. The living room is used by both of us and is the place for common WG evenings or when several friends come over. It would be great if you can keep a basic order in the shared rooms.
My roommate Marie is 22, studies social economics and is also in the apartment for the three months. She is open and uncomplicated and often goes out with friends in her free time. In the WG she often plays the guitar or bakes cakes for everyone.
I (Hannah) am 25 and study climate and environmental sciences. I am a big plant fan and if you want you can take care of my plants while I'm gone. If not I will of course put them somewhere else :) Which of my things will stay in the room and which not we can still discuss then.
We both like plants (as you can see in the fotos), vegetarian/vegan food, climate justice, and alpacas.
We don't like sexists, racists, anti-LGBT*, etc.
