Es handelt sich um ein unmöbliertes Zimmer ca. 3x5m in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit einer großen Küche, großem Bad und Keller, im Hinterhof ist Platz für ein Rad. Das Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete da meine Freundin noch nicht nach Nbg ziehen kann. Sie wird aber öfter zu Besuch sein bis sie dann nochmal ein paar Monate reisen geht.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 400m hinter dem Hauptbahnhof und liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone beim Aufseßplatz. Quasi direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Bäcker, Netto, DM, Sparkasse sowie U-Bahn + S-Bahn Station.
Ich wohne hier seit Anfang September und arbeite als Physiotherapeut. Ich habe WG-Erfahrung und weiß daher, dass ich unkompliziert und einigermaßen sauber bin ;)
Da ich auch am Wochenende arbeite, wünsche ich mir keinen Party-Mitbewohner, sondern am liebsten auch jemand mit einem mehr oder weniger regelmäßigen Tagesrhythmus.
Ich bin musikbegeistert und mache gerne Sport (Volleyball, Fitness,...).
In der großen, bald auch gemütlichen Küche ist genug Platz um zusammen zu kochen oder mal ein Bier zu trinken.
