Die Wohnung ist ein schöner, heller Altbau mit Balkon und neu renoviertem Bad.
Das ca 26 qm große Zimmer ist unmöbliert, hat einen Dielenboden und weiße Wände, die auch angestrichen werden dürfen. Es ist rechteckig geschnitten und hat keine weiteren Ecken oder Raumtrenner. Die beiden Fenster sind mit Rollo ausgestattet und es gibt nur in diesem Zimmer einen Fernsehanschluss.
DIe Wohnung liegt zwischen Aufseßplatz und Christuskirche.
Zu U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind es ca 4 Minuten, zum Bahnhof zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten.
Zu Netto, Aldi und Norma sind es ca. 4 Minuten.
Waschsalon ist in der gleichen Straße.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere Lehramt Musik und Mathematik.
Ich koche/backe gerne und freue mich auch auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten, brauche aber auch manchmal meine Ruhe.
