- es ist sehr günstig 238 euro Miete + 58 Nebenkosten! Insgesamt rund 300 Euro!
- ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (perfekt für Musiker, die spät mit dem Zug von einem Auftritt zurückkommen ‼️‼️‼️‼️ sehr gute Lage auch zum Stadtzentrum (Aufsessplatz- 2 min zu Fuß)
- es ist eine Musiker-WG- man kann problemlos zu Hause üben, zur Zeit zieht ein Musikstudent hier ein und (ein weiteres Zimmer ist zur Zeit auch noch zu vermieten), es herrscht eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre hier
- es ist nicht zu groß, aber sehr bequem, warm im Winter, ich lasse die Bettpalette!

My room nearby the Hauptbahnhof will be free from the 1.05.2024!
- it is very cheap 238 euro Miete + 58 Nebenkosten! In total around 300 euro!
- around 7 minutes walking from the Hauptbahnhof (perfect for musicians coming back late by train from a gig ‼️‼️‼️‼️ very good location also to the city centre (Aufsessplatz- 2 min walking)
- it is a musicians WG- you can practice at home without any problems, for now there is one music student leaving here and (another room is for now available to rent as well), it is a very warm atmosphere here
- it is not too big, but very comfortable, warm in the winter, I am leaving the bed pallet!

Aktuell wohnt 26 jährige Studentin Gaia aus Italien, dass Querlöte spielt (Sie übt eigentlich nicht so oft zu Hause) und auch 27 jährige Alberto (Er hat Chemie studiert).
For now there is two people living in the flat. 26 years old Gaia from Italy and she plays flute( she is not practicing often at home, so it does not disturb) and 27 years old Alberto, he is working in the lab in the company in Erlangen ( he studied chemistry).
