Ich suche ab 1. August einen neuen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist ca. 16 qm groß und sehr hell. Das Bett (1,40m) könnte ich gegen eine Ablöse da lassen, ansonsten nehme ich meine Möbel alle mit. Die Küche und das Bad sind komplett eingerichtet, ich hätte dafür nur gerne eine Ablöse von 300€.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten der Georg-Simon-Ohm Hochschule, EWF und WISO. Die nächsten Tramstationen (Linie 9) kann man in ca. drei Minuten erreichen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten hast du die Wahl zwischen Lidl, Netto, Edeka, Norma, Pizzeria sowie verschiedener Bäcker. Mit dem Rad bist du in 10 Minuten in der Stadt und in 8 an der Wöhrder Wiese. Der Luitpoldhain und der Dutzendteich sind auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Patrick teilen. Er arbeitet in Nürnberg, ansonsten kocht er gerne und gut (soweit ich das beurteilen kann :)) und macht gerne Musik. Das Zusammenleben mit ihm ist wirklich sehr unkompliziert ;).
