Das Zimmer hat etwa 18 Quadratmeter und ein großes Fenster. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof mit einem großen Baum und ein bisschen Natur.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, da ich spätestens zum 01.11. ausziehen werde.
The room has about 18qm and a big window. You have a nice view on a big courtyard with a huge tree where even squirrels live in. :)
The room comes without furniture since I am moving out.

Das Juridicum und die Mensa der Uni Bonn sind in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 10 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Nächste S-Bahn (61/62) ist 2 min entfernt.
Der nächste Supermarkt (REWE) ist zu Fuß 3 min entfernt und hat unter der Woche bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.
Zum Rhein braucht man etwa 12 min.
Mc Fit befindet sich zu Fuß 15 min entfernt oder auch 5 min mit dem Bus.

Bisher sind wir zwei Männer und eine Frau (ich) in der WG und verstehen uns sehr gut. Im Wohnzimmer wird oft zusammen Zeit verbracht, wir schauen Filme, trinken ein Bierchen oder kochen zusammen. Mein Mitbewohner Johannes studiert VWL im Master an der Uni Bonn. Meine Mitbewohner Francisco kommt aus Portugal und arbeitet in Bonn. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind erwünscht, möchte sich aber jemand mal zurückziehen, ist das natürlich vollkommen in Ordnung.
Two guys and a girl (me) are living in this shared flat so far and we get along very well. We have a living room with TV where we sometimes watch movies and hang out together. From time to time we cook or do other activities. My flatmate Johannes studies Economics in his Masters at the University of Bonn. Francisco is Portuguese and works in Bonn.
Being able to hang out together is essential for the future flatmate.

Da ich selbst berufstätig bin und wir erst ab nächstem Wochenende wieder vollzählig sind in der WG versuchen wir die Besichtigungen abends oder am Wochenende zu machen, am liebsten ab 09. Oktober.
Da ich schon früher in meine folgende Wohnung einziehen kann bin ich beim Datum deines Einzuges relativ flexibel (evtl. auch schon zu Semesterbeginn).
Don't hesitate to call me or send me an Email with some information about you, so you may come and visit the apartment first and get to know my flatmates. As all of us want to get to know you it would be nice if you could come from October 9 on.
I am flexible with moving out, so we could also talk about moving in earlier than November 1.
