Dein neues WG Zimmer liegt zentral in der Nürnberger Südstadt. Nur eine Minute zu Fuß liegt die Haltestelle Schuckertstraße, 5 Minuten entfernt der Maffeiplatz. Auch die Einkaufssituation lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, der Lidl ist nur eine Minute entfernt, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckereien und sonstige Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
Dein neues Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, sodass du dich nach eigenem Belieben einrichten kannst. Bei Bedarf kann ich auch gerne einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Absprache da lassen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Essecke, ein Duschbad, ein separates WC sowie eine Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon in den ruhigen Innenhof.Ebenfalls vorhanden ist ein großes Kellerabteil, ein Fahrrad-Schuppen, sowie eine weitere Abstellkammer.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist Lisa (26, berufstätig). Da sie jedoch auch bald die WG verlassen wird, hast du die Möglichkeit dir deinen neuen zukünftigen Mitbewohner/in selbst auszusuchen. Falls ihr bereits zu zweit nach einer Wohnung sucht, meldet euch gerne bereits gemeinsam. Das andere Zimmer hat ebenfalls 16 qm Fläche und grenzt ans Wohnzimmer an.

Your new shared room is centrally located in Nuremberg's Südstadt. The Schuckertstraße stop is only a minute's walk away, and Maffeiplatz is 5 minutes away. The shopping situation also leaves nothing to be desired, Lidl is only a minute away, there are bakeries and other stores for daily needs in the immediate vicinity.
Your new room is 16 square meters, so you can arrange yourself as you wish.
The apartment has a living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a kitchen with access to the balcony in the quiet courtyard.Also available is a large basement compartment, a bike shed, and another storage room.
Your new flatmate is Lisa (26, working). However, since she will also be leaving the WG soon, you have the opportunity to choose your new future roommate yourself.
