Hallo liebe Leute,
da ich für 3 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermieten wir in unserer WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Mein Freund Tung und meine Mitbewohnerin Vivi werden in dieser Zeit eure Mitbewohner sein.
Es handelt sich um 17qm, möbliert (Bett, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderstange)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Straßenbahn (Kohlenhof) ist 2 Minuten entfernt, die U-Bahn 5 Minuten (Opernhaus). Direkt gegenüber ist das Citypark Center mit Rewe, Aldi, Blu Bowl, Nachtschicht usw. ;)
Bei euren Mitbewohnern handelt es sich um zwei sehr liebe. Vivi studiert in Erlangen und Tung geht hier in Nürnberg zur Schule.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, dann meldet euch einfach bei mir und wir machen einen Termin zur Besichtigung aus :)
