Das helle Zimmer liegt im 2 Stock eines Mehrfamilienhaus. Mit einem direkten Zugang zum Balkon hat man tagsüber immer die Möglichkeit kurz, frische Luft zu schnuppern. Mit einem 1,40 Bett, ein Schrank und eine Kommode hat man hier auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit alles aufzuräumen wie man es sich wünscht. Dazu kommen noch ein 4x4 Kallax Regal, eine Kleiderstange, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl.
The bright room is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. With direct access to the balcony, you always have the opportunity to get a breath of fresh air during the day. With a 1.40 bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers you have here in any case the possibility to tidy up everything as you wish. In addition, there is a 4x4 Kallax shelf, a clothes rail, a desk with desk chair.
In 10 Minuten Fuß am Dürrenhof / an der TH Nürnberg, 5 Minuten bis zum Wöhrder See und 1 Minute bis zur Straßenbahnlinie 5. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt, an der TH oder im Grünen, was für den Alltag viele Vorteile bietet. Dazu gibt es in direkter Nähe (2-3 Minuten Fußweg), einen Lidl, einen Netto und eine Tankstelle.
In 10 minutes walk at Dürrenhof / at the TH Nuremberg, 5 minutes to the Wöhrder See and 1 minute to the streetcar line 5. The location of the apartment is fantastic. You are very quickly in the city, at the TH or in the countryside, which offers many advantages for everyday life. In addition, there is in the immediate vicinity (2-3 minutes walk), a Lidl, a Netto and a gas station.
Wir wohnen seit April 2022 hier gemeinsam in der WG. Es werden sich allerdings ein paar WG Mitbewohner ändern, da ein paar von uns in dem Praktikumsemester kommen. Zusammen haben wir 2 mal in der Woche, auch eher ungeplant, etwas unternommen. Meistens Abends in der Küche und haben miteinander gequatscht und über das was so anstand geredet.
Die Mitbewohnerin die du auf jeden Fall kennenlernen würdest ist Christina. Sie ist 19Jahre alt und studiert International Business an der TH. Sie ist ein Weltoffener Mensch und Zeit mit ihr zu verbringen hat uns auf jeden Fall immer Spaß gemacht. Sie kocht und backt unheimlich gut und das haben wir als WG sehr genossen.
Ich bin selber IB Studentin an der TH, ziehe aber für mein Praktikum nach Singapur und vermiete dementsprechend mein Zimmer unter. :)
We have been living here together in the WG (shared flat) since April 2022. However, there will be a few WG roommates change, because a few of us come in the internship semester. Together we have done 2 times a week, also rather unplanned, something. Mostly in the evening in the kitchen and have chatted with each other and talked about what was so pending.
The roommate you would definitely get to know is Christina. She is 19 years old and studies International Business at the TH. She is a cosmopolitan person and spending time with her has always been fun. She cooks and bakes incredibly well and we enjoyed that very much as a WG.
I am an IB student myself at TH, but I am moving to Singapore for my internship and I am subletting my room. :)
