It is a nice, spacious and partly furnished room on the 1st floor.
30 seconds walk to the bus station and 12 minutes to the main train station. The bus comes every 2-5 minutes.
Lidl and Netto are a 3-4 minute walk away.
The Wohdersee is also a 3-4 minute walk away and has a very nice jogging track.
The building has a garden at the back as well.
The location is quiet, and peaceful with fresh air because of the lake.
Wg has 2 other people who are software developers and are mostly in the office and come home in the evening. Everyone tries to keep the apartment clean and I expect the same from the expected roommate.
