Ich suche eine Person die mein Zimmer in einer WG übernehmen möchte. Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Bad, WC, Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei dieser Schlafzimmer befinden sich in direkter Verbindung zum Flur und eins zum Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist der Großräumig und ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Einbauküche, Tisch und Stühle. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Zu dem Zimmer selbst es ist 17qm groß und hat ein großes Doppelfenster. Der Raum kann mit Möbelen übernommen werden für 120 Euro.

I am looking for a person who would like to take over my room. The flat consists of a living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are connected to the hallway and one is to the living room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and dining table. There are a toilet and bathroom separately. In the bathroom, there is a shower booth and bathtub. Regarding to the room, it is 17qm with big windows that allow the room to be bright all day long. The furniture in the room will be as following,

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage in der nähe von Veilhof sher Uni nah und bietet viele einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie Bus und Tram anbindung direkt vor der Haustür. Wöhrder Wiese und Stadtpark sind auch schnell zu erreichen zum joggen oder einfach nur entspannen.

The flat is situated at Veilhof and it is ideal for students of Music Uni or GSO-Hochschule It takes you around 5 minutes by bike. Also, there are many shops available very close to the flat. Netto, pharmacy, Rossmann, Kiosk and other shops are within the area you can reach in 5 min. Other supermarkets (EDEKA, NORMA, Bio supermarket) are in the range of 10 mins walk as well. Besideds, it is perfect for exercise. The gym (Jumpers) is also near to the flat and the huge park along the river leading to Wöhder Wiese which gives you great opportunities to take a walk or go jogging.
