Hallo Zusammen, ich bin 34 Jahre alt und habe für meine Begriffe eine recht schnukkelige 2-Zimmerwohnung, die mir zur Zeit etwas zu groß erscheint. Habe bis vor 3 Jahren selbst in WGs gewohnt und fühle mich jetzt wieder etwas nach Geselligkeit. D.H. ich würde mein Wohnzimmer just for fun möbliert zwischenvermieten und freu mich auf einen frischen Wind. Ich bin selbst berufstätig und nur abends zuhause. Ich vermiete nur, wenn ich Jemanden sehr nett finde, ansonsten vermiete ich nicht. Grundsätzlich sollte die Person älter als 25 Jahre sein. Praktikanten, Diplomanden, Referendare, Austauschstudenten oder Querdenker etc. für 1/2 - 1 Jahr wäre genau das Richtige. Freue mich auf euren Anruf...
