Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert (neu gestrichen und neuen Laminat verlegt im Mai 2012) und befindet sich in einem Altbau. Die Hausbewohner sind sehr nett und pflegen eine gute Gemeinschaft.
In der Wohnung sind zwei getrennte WCs, eine davon ist Bad mit Badewanne.
Die gemeinschaftliche Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Töpfen, Pfannen, Tellern, Besteck, Gläsern, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit Matratze. Festnetztelefon (Flatrate ins deutsche Festnetz). WLan ist inklusive.
Die Bewohner sind Studenten.
Optimale Lage für Studenten der Wiso und Ohm Hochschule. Direkte Anbindung an die U-Bahn Rathenauplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe durch Sebalder Höfe (Penny, Rewe, Dm).
Zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur max. 5min!
Es ist mit eine Ablöse von 180€ für Möbel und Laminat zu rechnen. Bitte es sollen sich nur Interessenten melden, die bereits sind die zu zahlen.
