Dein Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, die nach Norden raus gehen.
Es ist ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, der mit 3 Regalböden eingebaut ist (Zwei daneben, einer über der Tür). Das kann natürlich drin beleiben, muss aber nicht. Küche und Bad sind auch nicht besonders groß, aber (bis auf eine Spühlmaschine) ist alles da.
Gute 5 Gehminuten sind es zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station (Rathenauplatz); auch in der Innenstadt ist man echt fix. Dennoch ist es in der Rahm ausgesprochen ruhig. Auch nur 10 Minuten sind es zur Wöhrder Wiese, dort kann man im Sommer sehr gut ausspannen.
Ich, dein Mitbewohner, bin in einer Ausbildung zum Erzieher, ab September im Anerkennungsjahr berufstätig und dann noch ein Jahr in Nürnberg in der Rahm. Am Wochenende ist meine Frau bei uns, sofern ich nicht bei ihr bin - sie ist im Referentariat. Wenn du eine reine Zweck-WG suchst, dann bist du hier nicht richtig. Ich freue mich auf einen/eine sympathische MitbewohnerIn.
Für 30 Euro im Jahr bekommst du einen Anwohnerparkausweis und damit so gut wie immer einen Parkplatz.
