In unserer 7er WG steht ab August bis mindestens Februar ein möbliertes 14qm Zimmer leer.
Das Zimmer ist Ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett, einem normalem Bett, einem Sofa, einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal, einem Schrank und einem Stuhl.
Und auch noch in bester Lage in Nürnbergs Zentrum! Die Wöhrder Wiese ist nur die Straße runter, die OHM-Hochschule ist auch nur um die Ecke und der Hauptbahnhof ist eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt 180€ und 25€ Nebenkosten, dazu kommen 35 Euro WG-Beitrag für Internet und alltäglichen Verbrauchsgütern wie Klopapier und Spülmittel (..GEZ wird davon auch gezahlt).
Eigentlich müsste von den Internets gesprochen werden, weil wir haben zwei davon und W-LAN in jeder Ecke und LAN in jedem Zimmer.
