Hallo liebe Suchenden,
da ich im August aus meinem schönen 24qm-großen Zimmer einer Mädels-Wg ausziehen werde, suche ich eine potentielle Nachfolgerin, die perfekt zu den Mitbewohnern Clarissa und Sabine passen würde.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (24qm) und hat zwei Fenster, die zu einer Seitenstraße gerichtet sind.
Da Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Man läuft in die Fußgängerzone ungefähr 15 min. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist der Rathenauplatz, den man in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht. Vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestation sowie ein Bäcker :)
Um die Ecke liegt quasi die Wöhrderwiese und der Wöhrder See, sowie der Cramer-Klett Park.
Auch die Ohm-Hochschule und die Wiso sind in 5-10min zu erreichen :)
Von viel Lärm und großem Verkehr wird man verschont, da sich die Wg in einem Wohnhaus in einer Seitenstraße befindet.
Zum WG-Leben lässt sich kurz und prägnat sagen:
"Es ist unkompliziert."
