Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß , besitzt ein großzügiges Fenster mit Blick auf den Vorgarten & ist zum 01.03.2020 beziehbar. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Es handelt sich um ein unbefristetes Mietverhältnis.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 285,00 €.
Die Nebenkosten in Höhe von 45 € für Strom werden als Abschlag berechnet und beinhalten bereits die Heizkosten für die vorhandene Elektroheizung. Hinzukommen noch 25 € für DSL & GEZ.
Die Wohnung ist 56 qm groß und befindet sich im 2.Stock. Sie hat eine Küche , welche eine Spülmaschine , einen Elektroherd mit Backofen & eine Mikrowelle besitzt , ein Bad mit Badewanne & Toilette , ein Balkon & ein Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Georg-Simon-Ohm & ebenfalls in der Nähe des Wöhrder Sees. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Bäcker & ähnliches sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
In die Innenstadt gelangt man durch die Nah gelegene Straßenbahn , U-Bahn oder erreicht sie innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Parkplätze sind in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen vorhanden.
Ich bin berufstätig und bin am Wochenende selten in Nürnberg. Trotzdem bin ich offen für Unternehmungen unter der Woche oder mal einen gemütlichen Abend. :)
