Das 17 qm Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete von 1. August bis 30. September 2014 verfügbar (falls gewünschter Zeitraum leicht abweicht, könnte dieser angepasst werden). Bei Bedarf wird Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Unsere WG geht über zwei Stockwerke (6 Zimmer im EG und 3 im 1.Stock), die aber innerhalb der Whg mit einer Treppe verbunden sind. Es teilen sich jeweils 3 Bewohner ein Bad. Außerdem haben wir 2 Küchen und einen Balkon.
Unsere WG liegt in dem zentralen Stadtteil Wöhrd. Zur Uni und FH sind es ca. 5 Minuten. In die Stadtmitte braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, DM) sind direkt um die Ecke. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Rathenauplatz ist 2 Minuten von der Whg entfernt.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, da wir auch gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen.
Wir sind zwischen 21 bis 26 Jahre alt und alle Studenten.
