Liebe WG-Suchende,
Da ich mein Studium nun abgeschlossen habe wird mein Zimmer in unserer kleinen aber feinen Mädels-WG zum 1.3. frei. Es hat 21 m², hat zwei Fenster und liegt zum Innenhof. Für Internetzugang ist gesorgt und ein Anschluss für TV ist auch vorhanden. Ich würde gerne das Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch und Vorhänge, alles ca. 2 Jahre jung, gegen eine Ablöse an meine Nachfolgerin übergeben. Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind zwei liebe, lustige und unkomplizierte Studentinnen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Direkt vor der Haustür sind Bus-, Tram- und U-Bahnhaltestellen: Buslinie 36, Tramlinie 8 und U3/U2. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Dm, Apotheke,..). Die TH Georg Simon Ohm ist nur 7 Gehminuten, das Stadtzentrum 15 Gehminuten entfernt und die Uni ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen! (:
