The room is located in a lively but otherwise quite neighborhood. It is situated in an old building which can give you the reminisce of the early German architecture. The sight of wooden stairs and a small backyard with bicycle parking is a plus.
The room is spacious with two heaters and two windows, it is furnished and contain all the necessary things, as depicted in the pictures. The WG contains a Washing machine so forget the days when you have to carry your laundry to somewhere and had to pay for it.
Just 2 min walk from the main door you can reach Tram 8 stop "Tauroggenstrasse"and a busstop with the same name. If 2 min walk is too less on your schedule, you can take an underground train U2 from Schoppershof which is 10min away. If you are really in to walking, you can even reach city center in 20-25 min. University FH is also reachable within 20 min by foot and 8 min by bike.
Well the WG is a multi-cultural melting-pot. You will be living with 3 other people which has one thing in common, i.e " Fun and interaction".

I am Imtisal and I am a Software developer at Continental. I am leaving for Pakistan in the given dates and for this time period, I thought to find my room a temporary owner, just in case it starts to feel lonely ;)
Serious talks (I hate them) :- I'll prefer to have the deposit and rent in advance so that I can pay it forward. Moreover the deposit will be refunded within two days of your departure. The start date can be negotiated.
