Unsere WG löst sich auf.
Die Whg hat 73 m² und vier Zimmer.
Jedes davon hat ca. 14 m², eines ist ein Durchgangszimmer und somit das Wohnzimmer.
FH, Uni, Straßenbahn und Supermärkte sind nah, die Wohnung ist für Studenten sehr gut gelegen.
Aufgrund der Aufteilung der Räume und dem Wohnzimmer war bei uns immer Spaß garantiert :)
Die Miete beträgt ca. 500 Euro, hinzu kommen 120 Euro Hausnebenkosten. Für Gas, Strom und Internet können weitere 160 gerechnet werden. Pro Mieter fallen also 260 Euro an.
Es sind einige Gegenstände in der Whg die ich gern übernommen haben möchte (Spiegelschrank, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine).
Auch einige Möbel die eine WG gut gebrauchen kann können kostenlos übernommen werden.
