Für mein schnuckeliges WG-Zimmer direkt am Whörder See suche ich einen Nachmieter/in. In der WG wohnen aktuell zwei 23-jährige Studentinnen. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor zwei Jahren renoviert, d.h. neue Küche und Bad vorhanden!
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG und des Öfteren kocht man zusammen oder geht gemeinsam weg. Außerdem wohnt auch ein Hund in der WG.
Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage - in 10 min ist man zu Fuß bei S-bahn, Straßenbahn und der TH Nürnberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich in der Äußeren Sulzbacher Straße vorhanden, auch nur 10 min zu Fuß.
Folgendes sollte übernommen werden:
- Küche
- Kleiderschrank (weiß/ silber mit Spiegel)
- Wandregale
Alles zusammen für 180 Euro Ablöse.
