Wir suchen ab dem 6. September eine neue Mitbewohnerin / einen neuen Mitbewohner in unserer gemütlichen 3-er WG in Wöhrd, super zentral gelegen und in Fußnähe zum Rathenauplatz!
Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß und voll möbliert. Es verfügt über ein Bett, 2 Matratzen, einen Schrank und ein großes Regal, an das ein Schreibtisch angebaut werden kann, sowie einen Bürostuhl, eine Kleiderstange, einen Spiegel und Kleinigkeiten wie Papierkorb und Teppich. Die Möbel gehören der jetzigen Vormieterin und können von ihr für 150 € übernommen werden.
Der Blick geht zum Hinterhof raus, deshalb ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig und im Sommer schön kühl. Wir haben einen geschlossenen Lagerraum auf dem Dachboden und überdachte Fahrradstellplätze im Hof. Falls du ein Auto haben solltest, Parkplätze im Innenhof sind ebenfalls verfügbar, allerdings entstehen hierbei zusätzliche Kosten, die mit der Hausverwaltung zu klären sind.
Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet, lediglich unsere Waschmaschine ist derzeit in Reparatur, daher nutzen wir den Waschsalon in 5 Minuten Gehweite Entfernung 😉

Hi!
We are looking for a new member for our comfy WG in Wöhrd, super close to the Rathenauplatz and the city center! Possibility to move in from September 6.
The room is 13 sq.m and completely furnished. It has a bed, 2 matrasses, a closet, a shelf, to which a desk can be attached to, a chair, a clothes rail, a mirror and some smaller stuff like a bin and a carpet. The furniture belongs to our former and roommate and is for sale (150€).
The room overlooks the gated courtyard, is thus very quiet and in the summer cooled down. We have storage space in the attic, as well as room for bikes in the gated courtyard. There are also parking lots in the courtyard, but they come at an extra expense and need to be rented via the house management.
We already have a furnished kitchen, only our washing machine is being repaired right now, so we use a washing salon in 5 min walking distance 😉
Die Wohnung befindet sich super zentral im Stadtteil Wöhrd, hat von daher sehr gute
Anbindungen. Zu Fuß dauert es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Rathenauplatz und zur
Altstadtmauer, 2 Minuten Fußweg sind es bis zur U-Bahnstation Rennweg und die
Straßenbahnlinie 8 fährt direkt vor unserer Haustür. Rewe, Norma, Rossmann, Cafés, Bäcker
und ein Waschsalon sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wöhrder Wiese ist zu Fuß in
weniger als 8 Minuten erreicht, die Nürnberger Innenstadt in 15 Minuten!

The apartment is in the neighborhood of Wöhrd and has many public transport options.
Rathenauplatz U-Bahn and the Altstadt Wall are 5 minutes by foot, Rennweg U-Bahn is 2
minutes by foot, and there is a tram stop right near the building. Rewe and Norma
supermarkets, Rossmann plus bakeries, cafes and a washing salon can be found very close
by, as well as the beautiful Wöhrder Wiese and of course the city center!
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Berufstätigen (Lisa) und Studenten (Doro) in ihren Mittzwanzigern. Generell sind wir eine eine ruhige, unaufgeregte WG, die gerne mal gemeinsam etwas unternimmt, kocht oder bei Kaffee und Tee in der Küche zusammensitzt. Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin zwischen Anfang 20 und Anfang 30, sauber, entspannt und freundlich, der / die längerfristig bei uns einziehen möchte. Obwohl Tage vergehen, an denen wir uns kaum sehen, sind wir keine Zweck-WG!

We’re young professionals (Lisa) and students (Doro) in their mid-twenties, searching for a clean, relaxed and friendly roommate between 20 and 30 that likes to move in on a long-term-basis. Our WG life is calm and comfy, we like to cook together, have tee or coffee in the kitchen or go out together. Even though we sometimes don’t see each other for days, we are not a “purpose WG”.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 6. September bezugsfrei, Internet- und Telefonkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen, lediglich 1/3 der GEZ Gebühr kommt alle 3 Monate hinzu (ca. 17€). Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet.
