Ich verlasse meine schöne WG mit super Mitbewohnerin und nettem Vermieter. Das geräumige Zimmer hat 15 m². Ich lasse keine Möbel im Zimmer da, es muss also nichts abgelöst werden. Meine Waschmaschine und den Küchentisch nehme ich mit. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Abstellraum und ein großes, helles Bad. Im Hof gibt es Platz, um sein Fahrrad abzustellen. Details können bei der Besichtigung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin besprochen werden.
Eine Minute entfernt gibt es die nächste Tram Haltestelle (Streßemannplatz) und am nahegelegenen Rathenauplatz die U-Bahn. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten die Stadt, den Hauptbahnhof, die Musikhochschule, die TH und die FAU. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich super.
Die Wohnung ist nur für Studenten und Auszubildende.
