Whats up! I am leaving my room in this cool shared apartment. The location is amazing, just next to the Hbf and the city center where you will find nice restaurants and bars to go. The FAU/TH Mensa is also really close so you could have a nice meal there! Also perfect if you plan to visit the christmas market. It is not furnished. You have your own private Balcony :) Please take into account that if you want to move you accept to pay my contribution for some of the common things of the apartment e.g.: Dish washer, fridge, washing machine. In total 425 EUR
