Hallo ihr Lieben Wohnungssuchenden.
Bei uns in der komplett renovierten WG in einer großen Doppelhaushälfte mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad ist ab sofort 1 Zimmer frei:
Ihr seid mit der S-Bahn in ca 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt in Nürnberg oder mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten in Schwabach. Im Preis inbegriffen ist die Reinigung von Küche, Bad und Gang (wöchentlich).
Wir kennen uns in Nürnberg gut aus und können bei Fragen auch gerne weiterhelfen.
Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner ist im Keller in einem großen Wäscheraum.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und bis Ende August (evtl. auch länger!)
idyllisch im Vorort von Nürnberg mit guter Verkehrsanbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel:
- Buslinie 61 nach Schwabach und Nürnberg
- Nightliner 61
- S3 in 15 Minuten zum Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof
Gesucht wird 1 neue/r Mitbewohner / -in , ich (Felix) wohne im EG und nutze eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad. Insgesamt ist es eine 4er-WG verteilt über 3 Stockwerke.
