First of all, I hope we can understand each other in English because my German is in progress at the moment.
I am looking for a 1-room apartment or I can also share an apartment with you.
For me is not really important what floor or is there an elevator or not.
But I would like to find an already furnished place with a bathroom and kitchen.
I can move at the end of December or January 1st.
It will be great if the place will be in the central part of the city or just with good success to transport.
I have experience with sharing rooms, and apartments and I found good friends for life.
I really care about cleaning and sometimes it is even my anti-stress, so there is never an issue for me.
I am a pretty calm person and I understand what is respect in a shared place, so no worries about music, guests, or anything that can disturb you. I am always open to discussing this at any moment.
I have friends from around the whole world, and it is always interesting for me to find new ones. I am open to any gender live with and any nationality and hope you are too. We can speak Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Polish for free and I will be happy to practice my German.
I work most of the time, running usually in the morning and I love walking and visiting new places.

I will be absolutely happy if I will find a separate 1-room apartment for 500-600 euro/month and if the deposit is around 1000 +/-
But if you have a nice room and are willing to find a nice roommate - that works as well.
I am Ukrainian, but all payment questions are on me, don't think it is a job center or any other option. I am just saying that because I realized that people usually think this way.
