Die Wohnung ist 73 qm groß. Ich hab ein ca. 15 qm unmöbliertes Zimmer frei, ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber ein Schrank und ein Bett passen rein. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen kleinen Schrank im Flur aufzustellen. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und bietet ebenso viel Platz für Stauraum. Im Bad ist alles drin was man benötigt (Toilette, Wanne, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine). Die Küche ist modern und mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Da ich auch erst vor kurzem eingezogen bin, fehlt es der Wohnung noch an Charme. Aber ich denke mit der richtigen Person und etwas Engagement kann man die Wohnung zu einem gemütlichem Zuhause verwandeln.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Mit der Straßenbahn, die 2 Gehminuten entfernt ist, erreicht man den Hbf. in ca. 3-4 Minuten.
In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte ( Rewe, Norma, Netto, Lidl) ,mehrere Hausärzte,Tankstellen und drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen.
Die Lage ist einfach nur super Zentral ,sodass sogar das Zentrum nur 15 Gehmin. entfernt ist. =)
Ich mache hier keine Liste mit Auswahlkriterien wie mein Mitbewohner sein soll, sei wie du bist, komm vorbei und dann sehen wir obs passt :)
